Luke Magnan is from the Hartford area and Michael Jones is from nearby Worcester, MA. Luke and Mike are both 20-year veterans of the insurance industry, with time spent on the agency, carrier, and software vendor sides. That experience drove the duo to start Combined Ratio because they saw a lot of insurance companies struggling to realize the promised business value from their technology investments and they were certain they could help.

Starting Combined Ratio was an opportunity to come back home to Hartford, and we’ve proudly established our headquarters right downtown.
